1. 대상

이 방침은 삐빅 크루 웹사이트와, 삐빅 크루 운영자가 자기 채널에 영상을 올리기 위해 쓰는 내부 도구 BBIBIK Uploader(이하 "도구")에 적용됩니다. 도구는 일반 사용자에게 제공되지 않으며, 운영자 본인의 YouTube·TikTok 계정에만 연결됩니다.

2. 처리하는 정보

• YouTube(Google): 운영자가 로그인해 허락한 범위에서 받은 접근 토큰, 운영자 채널의 이름과 ID, 도구로 올린 영상의 제목·설명·공개 상태
• TikTok: 운영자가 로그인해 허락한 범위에서 받은 접근 토큰, 운영자 계정의 기본 정보(표시 이름, 프로필), 도구로 올린 영상의 게시 상태
• 웹사이트는 쿠키, 분석 도구, 광고 추적을 쓰지 않으며 방문자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 목적

위 정보는 운영자가 검토·승인한 영상을 운영자 본인의 채널에 업로드하고, 업로드 결과(공개 상태 등)를 확인하는 데에만 씁니다. 광고, 판매, 프로파일링, 제3자 제공에 쓰지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

• 접근 토큰은 운영자 컴퓨터에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
• 운영자는 언제든 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다. Google: Google 계정 → 보안 → 서드파티 앱 액세스 / TikTok: 앱 설정 → 보안 → 앱 및 서비스 권한
• 연결을 끊거나 도구 사용을 마치면 저장된 토큰을 즉시 삭제합니다.

5. Google·YouTube 관련 고지

• 이 도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 도구를 쓰면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것이며, Google의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
• Google API로 받은 정보의 사용과 전송은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 준수합니다.

6. TikTok 관련 고지

이 도구는 TikTok Login Kit과 Content Posting API를 사용하며, TikTok 서비스 약관과 TikTok 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the BBIBIK CREW website and BBIBIK Uploader (the "Tool"), an internal tool the BBIBIK CREW operator uses to publish our own videos. The Tool is not offered to the public and connects only to the operator's own YouTube and TikTok accounts.

2. Information we process

• YouTube (Google): access tokens granted by the operator, the operator's channel name and ID, and the title, description and privacy status of videos uploaded with the Tool.
• TikTok: access tokens granted by the operator, basic profile information of the operator's account (display name, avatar), and the post status of videos uploaded with the Tool.
• The website uses no cookies, analytics or ad tracking and collects no personal data from visitors.

3. How we use it

We use this information only to upload videos that the operator has reviewed and approved to the operator's own accounts, and to check the result (e.g. privacy status). We do not use it for advertising, sale, profiling, or sharing with third parties.

4. Storage and deletion

• Access tokens are stored only on the operator's computer and are never sent to any other server.
• Access can be revoked at any time: Google — Google Account → Security → Third-party access; TikTok — Settings → Security → Apps and services permissions.
• Stored tokens are deleted immediately when access is revoked or the Tool is no longer used.

5. Google and YouTube

• The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. TikTok

The Tool uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API and follows the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy.
